Welcome to SpectraSlideOut™! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SpectraSlideOut™ is a patent-pending product currently in development. The product you are purchasing is a pre-order pledge, similar to a Kickstarter-style campaign, intended to support the first production run. Your support helps fund the early manufacturing phase. All visuals, animations, and videos on this site are conceptual representations of the final product. Final production units may differ slightly in design and materials.

All orders placed through this website are considered pre-orders. Our first batch of products is expected to ship in June 2026. This is an estimated date and may be subject to change based on manufacturing timelines, component availability, and shipping logistics. We will keep you informed of any major delays or updates.

Due to the nature of this campaign-style preorder, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, and only after we have approved the claim.

If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement unit, not a refund.

To initiate a return for exchange:

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Each SpectraSlideOut™ comes with a standard 12-month limited electronics warranty covering manufacturer defects (e.g., failure to power on, screen malfunction unrelated to user damage, internal component failure).

All gift cards, digital downloads, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

While EU consumer protection laws typically include a 14-day “cooling-off” period, this does not apply to crowdfunding-style preorders or made-to-order products. As this campaign is considered a development-phase preorder, these cancellation rights are not applicable.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options (where available). Installment plans are provided through third-party partners such as Shop Pay Installments and are subject to their terms and approval processes.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all SpectraSlideOut™ products. However, depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Please check your local regulations.
