SpectraSlideOut™ is a patent-pending, portable second screen that slides directly out of your laptop case. It’s designed for creators, professionals, and multitaskers who want seamless productivity on the go, no separate cables or power bricks needed.

⚡ How is it powered?
The SpectraSlideOut™ second screen is powered directly through your laptop. No separate charging cable is required. When your laptop is plugged in, the second screen is always ready. Simply press to release the spring-loaded mechanism, slide it out, and you’re instantly set to expand your workspace.

＄ What discount do I get if I reserve with the 20 dollar pledge?

Your 20 dollar pledge unlocks the deepest launch day pricing:

• Up to 56 percent off the Aircraft Aluminum Edition
• Up to 46 percent off the PC-ABS Edition

Your pledge is fully refundable until launch day, and the 20 dollars is applied to your purchase when you check out.

These highest discounts are reserved only for people who pledge before launch. Public Indiegogo launch tiers will start around 25 to 40 percent off, so pledging now gets you better pricing and earlier delivery slots.
Can I still get a discount if I do not pledge 20 dollars now?
Yes, Indiegogo launch tiers will still offer discounts, but they will be smaller than the pledge-only offers. The best prices and earliest units are reserved for people who place their 20 dollar reservation before launch.
📦 What’s included with my order?
Each SpectraSlideOut™ unit includes:
• 1x SpectraSlideOut™ laptop case with built-in second screen
• 12-month limited electronics warranty

Note: There is no separate charging cable, as the second screen is powered through the laptop connection.

💎 How much will SpectraSlideOut™ cost at retail?

We are planning two main editions:

  • PC-ABS Edition (plastic) - expected retail around $499

  • Aircraft Aluminum Edition - expected retail around $799

Final prices may shift a little as we finalize the prototype and manufacturing, but this is the range we are targeting.


🔧 Is there an extended warranty available?
Yes! You can purchase an optional Extended Warranty at checkout for $150. This covers accidental damage such as:
• Drops, cracks, or spills
• Coffee incidents ☕
• “Wasp attack” moments 🐝 (yes, we’ve heard it all)

With the Extended Warranty, you’ll be eligible for one full replacement unit during the extended 12-month period, no questions asked (other than proof of damage).

🚚 When will I receive my SpectraSlideOut™?
Estimated shipping begins 3 months after Indiegogo campaign ends for early backers. All shipping timelines will be updated regularly based on production progress.

🔁 What’s your return and exchange policy?
Because this is a crowdfunded product, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we proudly stand by our warranty policy.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge within the 12-month warranty period. If eligible, you will receive a return label to send back the defective item before a replacement is issued.

🌐 Will the site be available in other languages?
Yes. Our website supports auto-translation using Shopify’s built-in localization features, which will offer visitors a translated version based on their browser or device settings. No manual translation is required.
