SpectraSlideOut™ is a crowdfunded innovation powered by early supporters like you. Every order helps bring this new category-defining product to life. Because of that, all sales are final, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
That said, we fully stand behind the quality of our engineering.
✅ 12-Month Standard Warranty (Included)
Every SpectraSlideOut™ comes with a 12-month electronics warranty, which covers:
• Internal defects
• Malfunctions not caused by user damage
• Any issue that prevents proper functionality
If you experience a problem, email us at hello@spectraslideout.com. We’ll walk you through troubleshooting. If the issue qualifies, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the original item, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.
🚫 What’s Not Covered / Non-Returnable Items
Because this is an Indiegogo-based product, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty policy.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
• Change-of-mind or accidental orders
• Crowdfunding pledges or early-backer rewards
• Damage caused by the user (unless extended warranty is purchased)
• Gift cards or sale bundles
🌍 European Union Customers
The EU 14-day “cooling-off” period does not apply to crowdfunding-based products. SpectraSlideOut™ is offered as a reward for supporting a new product under development, not a retail purchase of an in-stock item. This is in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
